We offer support to adults and young people who have lost a loved one to suicide. The focus of the service is on people who have been recently bereaved. For young people under the age of 18 we offer 1-1 support with a bereavement worker, who can help them explore and understand their emotions around the loss. When we receive a referral for a younger child, we will do an assessment to make sure the talking-based support we can offer is suitable for their needs.
We also offer practical bereavement support (e.g. with funeral, finances, inquest) and support people who have witnessed the suicide of someone they didn't know. We run peer support groups for over-18s.
