Orient Street is a specialist respite service, which has the capacity to provide planned overnight short breaks to five Children & Young People and five Adults with Autism and or Learning Disabilities. The service also provides emergency support following service breakdown or if an individual or their family is in crises, additional day support, and Outreach support.
Orient Street's support is built on providing a high quality; person centred, safe homely service that ensures positive outcomes for people’s health and wellbeing. Whilst promoting the individuals rights and independence. Orient Street provides a specialist service for people with Autism and or Learning Disabilities including those with the highest support needs such as people with behaviours of concern, physical disabilities, profound and multiple learning disabilities and people with barriers for others to understand their communication
Orient Street is regulated by OFSTED and CQC.
