Building Bridges Southwark is run by Family Action. We aim to bridge the gap between adult mental health services and children's services, by providing support to families where one of the parents has a mental health problem.
Being a parent is a difficult job and even more difficult if you are coping with a mental health problem, such as depression, anxiety or schizophrenia.
We offer a service to the whole family to ensure that parents can recognise and meet their own needs and those of their children.
